Summary

There are countries without access to social networks even with their widespread usage in majority of the world. This is due to a lack of language support for these areas and this has affected the growth of the networks. Facebook’s policy is to not add language support for countries involved in political conflicts such as territorial contests. However people in these countries usually know more common languages to access the network despite their native language not being supported.
